Trust & Compliance

Standards we meet, evidence you can verify.

Fire department data is operationally sensitive. We document the certifications, integrations, and architectural choices we use to handle it responsibly.

NERIS V1 Data Exchange Compatible badge
NERIS V1 Data Exchange Compatible
Validated by the Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI) on June 14, 2026. Vendor ID VN51032634.

The NERIS V1 Data Exchange Compatible designation means Fire Manager meets the technical requirements published by FSRI for connecting to the federal NERIS (National Emergency Response Information System) API. Incident reports approved by your chief sync straight from Fire Manager to the federal NERIS database — no separate vendor, no double-entry.

Compatibility is a technical determination and does not imply endorsement or recommendation by FSRI or NERIS. We re-validate against the current V1 standard within six months of every published update.

Architectural commitments

The non-negotiable design choices behind the product.

Multi-tenant data isolation
Every database query is filtered by tenant ID. A CI gate runs on every commit and fails the build if any new query forgets the filter. Cross-tenant leaks are architecturally prevented, not just hoped for.
No PHI / ePCR storage
Fire Manager tracks operations, assets, personnel, and incident reports. We do not store patient clinical data, run-report narratives, or other Protected Health Information. Your EMS records platform stays separate.
Approval-gated federal sync
Only incidents approved by an authorized officer are pushed to NERIS. Drafts and in-progress reports stay local until a chief signs off — no premature or accidental federal records.
Audit log on every change
Every create, update, and delete is captured with a diff view, the acting user, and a timestamp. Audit history is available indefinitely from within the app.
